A fun, light-hearted afternoon of writing and filth with Ingo and Stephanie Goldberg.

We’ll spend the afternoon exploring various writing techniques to stimulate smut and tease out the dirtiest of stories. There will be plenty of opportunities to write.

The workshop is suitable for writers who identify anywhere on the LGBTQ spectrum, of all abilities and experience, from the complete novice to professional writers looking for new ideas. Light refreshments will be provided.


What to bring:
Pen and notebook (there are also several plug points should you wish to use a laptop)
Lunch, or lunch money
A sense of humour
An open mind

Ingo hails from Sweden, where she wrote a regular column for the paper Kom Ut! as well plays and monologues. She moved to the UK ten years ago and has been Creator and Producer of Wotever World ever since, generating and promoting queer art, culture and community in regular events including: Bar Wotever, Female Masculinity Appreciation Society, SWEAT  and Queer Fayre. Ingo also writes and directs queer and body positive pornos and has written and performed at various storytelling events.

Stephanie is a writer, performer and queer cabaret host, co-founder of Future Perfect and creative writing tutor. She has written, performed and directed for the stage and her work has been published in Queer Episodes (anthology), Time Out Sydney and Spilt Milk Magazine and performed at Watford Palace Theatre and White Rabbit. Spoken word performances include Folkpoet, Royal Vauxhall Tavern, The Poetry Cafe, Bar Wotever, Club Wotever, Lumen, Bloomsbury Festival, Streatham Festival, Stoke Newington Lit Festival, Emerging Writers Festival (Melbourne) and LATES at Flat Planet.
