Films, Music, Cabaret & Comedy in London 3-5 JULY

We’re thrilled that World Pride is coming to London this year and we want to be a part of it! Many of us in the Wotever community have come from elsewhere to make our home in the capital and we want to join the party and celebrate this diversity of heritage and culture.
However, when we looked at what Pride London was organising we realised there was no space for us to contribute our ideas, or celebrate our community in all its diversity. We thought this was a shame – we have 9 years’ experience creating alternative performance spaces and events, and promoting queer activism, community and creativity.

Drawing from our community of multi-talented ‘Wotevers’  we have created an alternative programme that includes live music, cabaret, comedy and film – Wotever World Pride!

Working with people who have had contact with Bar Wotever we have put together an exciting and diverse programme that draws not only on different genders, sexualities and orientations, but celebrates cultural and linguistic diversity as well.
We know that this kind of cultural hot pot works – we do it every Tuesday with Bar Wotever, held at our spiritual home, the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. Now we want to open up this rare and beautiful space to the rest of London and celebrate the many, many identities that we are. We’d love it if you came along.

WOTEVER WORLD PRIDE PROGRAMME
