Queer Fayre: Autumn Harvest
Autumn Harvest!
Queer Fayre is back, celebrating all kinds of Queer Stuff. Food, Cakes, Clothes, Hairstyles and Games!
DayTime Saturday 1 October 12-6pm at RVT
Packed with good stuff to eat or bring home, new style and fresh ideas…
Queer Fayre is everything you have ever wanted from a queer version of a jumble sale or local food and craft market.
Wonderful things to buy, food to eat and space and time to hang out and have fun with friends and new people, It’s as much about being a social event as it is a buying and selling one.
Our wonderful stallholders provide you with:
Vintage and recycled goods…books we have read, cds we have listened to, clothes we have worn, porn we have watched, bric a brac that once were highlights and now can go to new loving homes.
Hand made and crafted new items….Greeting cards, clothes we have made, jewelry we have hand crafted…a multitude of original and unusual gifts for others or yourself. Some of these items are sold to raise money for causes we believe in and for journeys we are beginning.
Wonderful handmade food…cookies, cakes, salads, wraps, vodka jellies… all sorts of lovely nibbles to either be eaten there or to be taken home for later consumption. Many items are vegan, organic and /or vegetarian.
Also available is Ingo’s traditional Swedish Fika stall, selling coffee, chocolate balls and sandwiches.
The Mega Popular Open Barbers will be there with scissors, trimmers and great advice!
The bar of the RVT will also be open if you want stronger refreshment and music will be played all day by Joe Pop to soundtrack your visit.
